Planning
We develop asset renewal schemes, manage road space bookings and opening licences, coordinate with stakeholders including emergency services, local authorities, businesses, residents, public transport companies, and statutory bodies. Our planning services, using GIS mapping and asset database population, includes designing traffic management schemes for high-speed networks, diversion routes, providing end-to-end design management and coordination.
Maintenance
Covering all aspects of routine care – from grass cutting, sign cleaning, graffiti removal, litter picking, drain cleaning, gully maintenance, structures maintenance, tree and hedge cutting services. Our winter service keeps road networks free from frost, ice and snow through expert decision-making. We deliver safety barrier repairs, road lighting maintenance, specialised pavement rejuvenation treatments.
Management Operations
We keep road networks open and available, implementing traffic management schemes and diversions with minimal disruption. Our incident response teams provide 24/7 support to emergency services including the delivery of emergency repairs. We manage TII’s regional salt depots, deliver client asset renewal programmes and promote sustainability through recycling of sweep and concrete waste.
Construction
Our extensive capabilities include high-speed road pavement resurfacing, full motorway grade separated junction construction, and complete motorway construction over soft ground. We provide comprehensive bridge repairs, environmental barrier renewal, signage gantry installation, VMS gantries, drainage, ducting and subducting for fibre telecommunications, fence renewal, and safety barrier installations.
